Personal Experience

Imagine for a moment that you are sailing, with complete freedom to hold the course in any direction, and nothing and no one conditions you, the calm wind barely fills the sails and the current caresses the hull that ambitiously sails the route you chose. However, you may feel lost with so much freedom and not be able to enjoy it because you do not know where to point the compass. Being free without a course outlined on a chart is like sailing on a lake; in the end, at some point, we will feel enslaved and limited by “seas without new ports.”

Qualification

Together, we will work on the way we see and understand each other when we define goals and objectives, analyzing how we act in pursuit of them. Understand what our limiting beliefs are, our weaknesses, as well as our strengths; the resources we have and those we need to acquire, and above all, how to relate to and influence our environment, so that from other individuals, we receive resources to achieve what we set out to do. We will seek to take time to reflect, see the future from different perspectives and from a new perspective called FIT IN®, a playful experience of building purposes from analysis, understanding and defining a successful action plan. This powerful methodology is the starting point for a better quality of personal and professional life.
